Our policy lasts 14 consecutive days days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Unwanted / Incorrectly Ordered / Exchange items
Should you need to return an item that is unwanted, due to incorrect ordering or incorrect identification then I am happy to take the goods back. Contact me via firstname.lastname@example.org. items must be returned to me within the 14 consecutive days.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the return carriage and costs (these will not be refunded) to ensure that i receive the goods they need to be sent with proof of posting this does not affect your UK statutory rights
Faulty built Items
If for any reason you receive a faulty item, please contact me via email@example.com with the details of the faulty item and I will do my up most to resolve this for you.
For faulty items returned within 14 days from receipt of the goods we will offer you a replacement item or a full refund on the item and standard carriage costs
Lost in postal Transit
Any orders dispatched will not be considered lost until they have been missing for at least 30 working days within the UK and 40 working days for international shipments
